We are a boutique practice with two dermatologists who provide medical and cosmetic dermatology services.
We would like to work with someone who is a team-player and excited to learn.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Optimizing patient experience Greeting patients and checking in for visit Coordinating patient appointments Answering phones, taking messages, returning patient calls Preparing exam rooms by keeping them clean Escorting patients to exam rooms Entering data into electronic medical record Ensuring site lab compliance with Department of Health regulations Keeping stock and ordering supplies Requirements:
Articulate, excellent interpersonal skills, organized, independent, motivated Ability to communicate with co-workers and patients in an attentive and effective manner, both verbal and written Ability to multi-task and float between responsibilities based on office needs Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred (especially Modernizing Medicine EMA) Prefer prior experience working in a dermatology/medical environment Basic computer skills Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
