Digital Operations Coordinator
Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team! Get behind the scenes with this entry-level position and be a part of the Digital Operations team.
We are a collaborative team who values input from everyone and you will have an opportunity to work closely with the Online Operations team on a wide range of projects.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working in the Spectrum tool to assemble paths based on business requirements/needs.
Provide feedback to business on scheduling, asset delivery and execution status.
Build product line-ups using system generated T&O within the Spectrum toolset.
Construct paths QA line-ups and paths to assure satisfactory member experience.
Working with development team to identify and test new features and functionality Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Various projects as needed Required Skills/
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Desire to learn and grow Familiarity with HTML coding a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Good written and verbal communication skills The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $45,000 per year.
