This includes responding and actioning all vendor emails as they pertain to normal daily business as well as communicating any changes to inventory management, SOP or any other pre-established process.
Order all mystery shop material based on current WD CSIs and send results to vendors and related departments.
Responsible for managing the compilation, distribution and analysis for Wrong Delivery Issue CSI data for vendors.
Cross trained to back up other Vendor Relations Specialist and VR Manager.
List of responsibilities include:
Vendor Management (30%) Completion of Order Moves / Rejections (15%) Review and Approve Ship Test and Box-Fitting for New Products (10%) Mystery Shops; Ordering Compiling Report and Reconciling Sample Account Statements (10%) Review and Distribute CSI Data (10%) Report and Action:
Beginning of Day Report (10%) Track and Report % of Scrap Inventory at Cross Dock Locations (5%) Compile and Distribute Fulfillment Resource Guides (5%) Cross Trained To Back Up VRS 1,2,3 and VR Manager (5%) Requirements:
Be dependable and have good work ethics with a positive can do attitude.

Have the ability to analyze problems, create solutions, and multi task with attention to detail.
Have a track record of preventative problem solving, while being comfortable with short deadlines and occasional high stress environments Exhibits high sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Strong organizational, written, verbal, and computer literacy skills with advanced Excel skills Ability to work well within a team environment.
