Job Description:
Laundry Attendant The Arbors Assisted living is looking for a FT Laundry Attendant! The hours are Monday-Friday 12p-8p Hours and Days may vary depending on the facility's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold resident's laundry according to established procedures - Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines - Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment - Provide excellent customer service to residents when handling their laundry requests
Experience:
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment are a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Apply today to become part of our dedicated team!
