SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
o Offer exceptional service to guests at all times.
o Welcome guests as they enter and guide them throughout the 16 Handles journey.
o Answer questions about nutritional information, allergens, and the self-serve process.
o Provide samples when requested.
o Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
o Promote new products, partnerships, and LTOs (limited time offerings).
o Respond to guest needs and resolve problems quickly and kindly.
o Prepare all products following proper procedures and recipes.
o Operate POS system to process cash and credit card transactions.
o Handle delivery platforms and process orders.
o Prioritize important tasks and manage time effectively.
o Adhere to brand standards and systems.
o Follow food safety and quality standards.
o Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS o Must be at least 16 years old o Friendly, high energy, and outgoing personality o Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction o Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment o Ability to learn quickly and follow directions o Ability to work in a team environment o Commitment to a safe and clean environment o Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays o Capable of counting money and making change (knowledge of POS and cash handling procedures a plus) o Experience in a quick service environment a plus Job Type:
