's Business Gift Services team is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Administrator.
This Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in various systems and databases, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data they process while assisting the team's Account Managers.
They also perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with cross-functional partners as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities Enter data from various sources into the appropriate systems and databases Update and maintain existing data records and files Verify the accuracy and validity of the data entered and correct any errors or discrepancies Create accounts for new customers to the Business Gift Services platforms in Magento and Atlas Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to data entry and processing Follow data security and confidentiality policies and procedures Communicate and collaborate with other data entry staff and stakeholders Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in data entry or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with Magento and Atlas preferred Organized and meticulous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills The expected hourly pay range for this position is $17.
50-$21/hour.
The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
