com is seeking 2 office support/ drivers to work out of our Jericho, NY headquarters.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Company Van Driver Safely Transport Company Staff to and from specified locations in timely manner Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance Providing accurate time records of the vehicle's coming and goings Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management Mailroom:
Sort mail Get packages ready for UPS and FedEx Deliver packages to appropriate departments Bring items down to basement Office Support:
Cover reception/switchboard during breaks and PTO Cleaning/wiping down high touch areas such as door knobs, handrails or glass etc.
Requirements:
High School Diploma is preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Sound knowledge of road safety regulations Working knowledge of local roads and routes Ability to utilize maps, GPS systems and car manuals Effective communication skills Punctual and reliable Available shifts:

45 AM - 4:
45 PM Role is Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be needed during our peak holidays.
